Origin Story

Our Expertise

Our coffee is cultivated in the Saribudolok region of North Sumatra at altitudes of 1350–1400 MASL. This high-altitude environment, combined with rich volcanic soil, allows varieties like Komasti and Andung Sari to develop the rich body and balanced acidity that global roasters demand.

Beyond coffee, Nukale specializes in cocoa processing. From Natural to Alkalized and Black Cocoa, we maintain strict technical specifications including fat content and pH levels. Our minimal intervention approach preserves the natural integrity of the cocoa, providing versatile ingredients for the global food and beverage industry.
